Moorings Hotel offers a fully licensed restaurant & bar open everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lead by Chef Evanne Kerr and his team, our international fusion menu is sure to please all diners as we deliver dishes bursting with flavours and unique to Vanuatu. Such as our popular Breakfast Burrito, our famous Laplap Soror (Malekula Island's speciality), our tangy Honey Peppered Chicken and our naughty Papaya Creme Brûlée. It is worthy to note that Moorings Hotel is the only venue known to serve the nation's highly sought out Lalap dish, let alone the nation's best from Malekula, with a restaurant twist. We also previously served the Tuluk (a local beef stuffed Manioc dumpling).
